| 摘 要： | 综合运有调查调问等研究方法，对河北省15所普通高校337名在职体育教师进行了调查，从年龄结构，学历结构，职称结构，知识与业务水平等方面进行了分析，提出了完善河北省高校体育教师队伍的对策与建议。
