无机膜反应器在丙烷选择氧化反应中的应用

摘    要:将无机膜反应器用于丙烷部分氧化制丙烯醛的反应中,考察了不同膜操作方式和反应条件的影响。实验结果表明,采用PPOR膜操作方式,即丙烷从渗透侧通入,氧气从反应侧通入,丙烷可获得较大的自由活化空间,避免与气相氧反应,因此提高了部分氧化反应的选择性。采用分别进样的膜反应,丙烯醛产率可比混合进样的固定床反应高出达3倍。

Abstract:Inorganic membrane reactor was used in selective oxidation of propane to acrolein. The reaction performance was measured under different operation modes and different reaction conditions. As the results shown, it could be found that the PPOR (propane lead in from permeation side, oxygen and nitrogen from reaction side), PROP (propane lead in from reaction side, oxygen and nitrogen from permeation side), and BPS (both of reactants lead in from permeation side) operation modes performed better than BRS (both of reactants lead in from reaction side, ie conventional fixed bed reactor) mode. The best performance was obtained under PPOR operation mode, because there was larger space for propane activation, and propane could not directly react with the adsorbed oxygen.
