摘 要: | 手性γ-孟氧基丁烯酸交酯在构成各种杂环化合牧天然产物中起重要作用.本文报道了一些新的γ-孟氧基丁烯交酯的新的手性源的制备和研究了它们的不对称反应.

Abstract: | The title compound I (M* = 1-menthyl) was prepared by bromination of furfural, followed by tautomerization, etherification with (-)-menthol, and crystallization- epimerization. A new asym. tandem Michael addition- reaction of I with thiols and amines was investigated. E.g., reaction of I and RSH (R = Ph, PhCH2, furfuryl, n-C5H11) in CH2Cl2/Et3N gave thiofuranones II. |
