摘    要:报道了一种超细氧化锌的制备方法.首先用流变相法合成先驱物,用差热分析(DTA)和热重(TG)方法研究了先驱物在空气中的热分解过程;然后用X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱表征了热分解固体产物;最后使用扫描电镜测定了固体产物的表面形貌和颗粒尺寸.该方法制备的氧化锌粒度分布在37~85nm范围内,平均粒径为52nm.

Abstract:In this paper,a rheological phase reaction method was reported for the preparation of superfine ZnO.Firstly,the precursor was synthesized by rheological phase reaction after that the thermal decomposition of precursor in air atmosphere was studied by thermo-gravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA).And then the solid product of thermal decomposition was characterized by XRD(Xray diffraction)and IR(infrared),and finally the particle size distributions and surface morphology of ZnO was studied.It ...
