摘    要:本文提出了一种新型三维光子晶体—组合式三维光子晶体,它是由数块一维光子晶体组合而成的封闭式结构.从理论上论证了它的可行性.指出在短波长工作区域,这种新型光子晶体的制造工艺简单易行.文中给出并讨论了三个例子.

Abstract:A new kind of three-dimensional photonic crystal,called as combined three-dimensional photonic crystal,is presented and shown to be practical through theoretical analyses.The combined three-dimensional photonic crystal is an enclosed solid structure made of several pieces of one-dimensional photonic crystals.It is found out that,under present technology,there exists no difficulty in the fabrication of the proposed combined three-dimensional photonic crystals working in short wavelengths,including those in the visible.Three practical schemes are given and discussed.
