| Abstract: | The function of apoptosis plays an important role in the natural metabolism for skin cells. The mechanism of apoptosis of human skin cells and the ultraviolet impact on apoptosis are reviewed in this paper. The application and potential of apoptosis in the research and development of cosmetic are discussed also from the perspective of suntan resistance, whitenning and antiaging. |
