摘    要:利用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计表,采用绿原酸、咖啡酸、异槲皮苷三种单体为含量测定指标,同时考虑总固体物得率,探讨了返魂草提取工艺中的几个影响因素,并对实验结果进行极差和方差分析.实验结果表明,提取次数为3次、90℃条件下、乙醇质量分数为60%、每次提取6 h为最佳提取工艺.该工艺操作简便、稳定可靠,为返魂草新制剂的研究提供了参考.
