摘    要:Ni/Cu电极MLCC具有高可靠性、低成本的特点,但是耐中高压性能较差.本文通过下述设计与改进后的工艺制得耐中压的Ni/Cu电极MLCC:介质叠层40层,介质层厚度为55um,在高温烧结后在40PPM的O2中再氧化3小时,制作出容量为1μF,尺寸为3035规格,温度系数是X7R特性的MLCC产品,该MLCC平均耐电压达到了950V,可以满足500V工作电压的要求.

Abstract:Ni/Cu electrode MLCC is famous for its high reliability and low cost, but it has poor resistance to medium and high voltage. In this article, medium voltage Ni/Cu electrode MLCC was made through improving the design and the process as follows: using 40 layers and 55um dielectric thickness design,improving the re-oxidation in 40 PPM O2 atmosphere for 3 hours after high temperature sintering. MLCC was gotten, whose capacitance is 1uF, size is 3035 and temperature characteristic is X7R. It is tested that the average break down voltage of the produced MLCC is 950V,which can meet the requirement of 500V rated voltage.
