Abstract:16CaO-9Li2O-12Sm2O3-63TiO2(CLST) ceramics doped with sintering agent of BaCu(B2O5)-ZnO were prepared by the solid state raction method.The sintering property,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the CLST ceramics were investigated.The results show that the densification of CLST ceramic specimens is enhanced by adding ZnO and BaCu(B2O5) due to the liquid phase sintering.The sintering temperature of CLST ceramics is lowered from 1 300 ℃ to 1 000 ℃,suggesting it can be co-fired with Cu.The CLST ceramic specimen with 1.00%(mass fraction) ZnO and 4% BaCu(B2O5) addition exhibits optimum dielectric properties(εr=69.53,tanδ=0.025 9,τf =8×10–6 /℃) at 1 MHz.
