Enantioselective synthesis of cyclic secondary amines through Mo-catalyzed asymmetric ring-closing metathesis (ARCM)

Carbocyclic amines are synthesized efficiently in up to 93% ee by asymmetric ring-closing metathesis (ARCM) with 2-5 mol % chiral Mo complexes.
