摘    要:An efficient and practical route to synthesize (2S,3S,4R)-2-azido-3,4-O-isopropyllidene-1,3,4-octadecanetriol from D-galactose in 18% overall yield was described, which required ten steps of reactions and only four times column chromatography purification.
