| Abstract: | Constitutive equations are developed for a theory of viscous interface where the interface itself is a two-dimensional continuum. An analysis of the problem of stability for a fluid in an inverted tube of arbitrary shape, the fluid remaining in the tube due to surface tension forces, is also considered. |
