Abstract: | We describe a differential photometer developed for ground based observations of the Cosmic Background Radiation anisotropy and of diffuse galactic dust emission at millimetric wavelengths. Preliminary tests, which demonstrate the advantages of the 3 fields modulation with respect to the more conventional single subtraction, are reported. Both atmospheric fluctuations and instrumental offset are significantly reduced. |
