| Abstract: | Aptamers composed of L-nucleic acids, Spiegelmers, were selected to specifically bind GnRH. Spiegelmer inhibition of GnRH activity was demonstrated in both cellular and animal models. Rabbit studies showed minimal immunogenic response to the agents. |
