| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料和比较分析等方法,对中外高水平跳远运动员的绝对速度、助跑速度、速度利用率、起跳能力等几个技术因素进行探讨,分析了其中存在的差距,在此基础上提出了解决问题、提高运动成绩的建议。

| Abstract: | Using the documentary datum and comparative method, the author studies some technology factors of Chinese-foreign long jumpers at the absolute speed, run-up speed, rate of the speed usage, take-off ability, etc, and analyses the existing diversity, based of these, the author makes some proposal for solving questions and increasing achievement. |
