基于直觉模糊二元语义交互式群决策的技术创新项目选择

摘    要:为适应全球经济一体化的快速发展,企业应选择最优的技术创新项目,从而提升其竞争力。首先定义了直觉模糊二元语义,探讨了将其区间化的方法,建立了直觉模糊二元语义与区间模糊二元语义之间的联系。接着重新定义了直觉模糊二元语义的距离和相似度,给出了群决策的集结算子。通过集结决策者的意见和进行交互式决策,使得群体的决策意见达到满意的一致性水平。最后以技术创新项目选择为例说明了本文提出的方法。

Abstract:In order to keep up with the rapid development of global economic integration, enterprises need to select the optimal technology innovation projects, and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, the definition of intuitionistic fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic is presented, and the method of its intervalization is discussed. The connection between the intuitionistic fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic and the interval fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic is established. Secondly, the distance and similarity degree of intuitionistic fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic are redefined, and the aggregation operator of group decision making is given. By gathering the opinions of decision makers and making interactive decisions, the required consistency of the opinions of group decision making can be reached. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by the selection of technological innovation projects.
