大鲵精子入卵过程的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:采用扫描电镜观察了大鲵精子的形状,受精过程中卵壳膜的变化,及精子入卵的过程.人工催产的精子头部具有棒状和辣椒状两种形状.卵壳膜随着受精时间的变化而出现皱褶、沟与嵴,受精完毕,皱褶消失.大鲵属于多精入卵,精、卵相遇60s,精子接触卵膜,授精75s精子头部一半进入卵内.授精90s精子头部和颈部完全进入卵内,但精子尾部留在卵膜外面;授精2min,受精完毕.

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOIC OBSERVATIONS ON THE SPERM ENTRY INTO THE EGGS OF ANDRIAS DAVIDIANS
Abstract:The sperm shapes, changes of the surface structure of chorion during fertilization and the process of sperm penetration in Andras Davidinus, were examined by scanning electron microscope. Sperms obtained with artificial ripening had two kinds of head shaped like stick and pepper. Along with the process of fertilization, wrinkles, grooves and ridges could be observed in the surface of the egg chorion and disappeared after fertilization Polyspermy existed in Andria davidianus. At 60 seconds postinsemination, the fertilizing sperm touched the surface stuctue of chorion. At 75 seconds postinsemination, The sperm head was incoraled half into the egg. At 90 seconds postinsemination, the sperm head and midpiece were fully incoraled into the egg chorion, two sperm tails still protruded. The fertilization completed by 2 min after insemination.
