| 摘 要： | 研究了明代公讳，认为明代公讳相对于我国避讳历史上的汉、唐、宋、清四个高潮时期宽疏，其原因为：继承了元代避讳不严的遗风，创“五行”加“字辈”取名法厘定世系的限制；明代开国者出身卑微，于前代的典章制度不熟悉；明代理学与心学的巨大影响。

| Abstract: | The terms of taboos in Ming Dynasty was considered lenient relative to Han, Tang, Song and Qing Dynasty for the reasons as follows： the inheriting of the loose term of taboos Yuan Dynasty; the creation of the naming method of ＂Five Elements＂ plus ＂Generation name＂ to determine the restrictions of lineage; the founding fathers with humble origin were not familiar with the laws and institutions of previous dynasty; and the tremendous impact of Neo-Confucianism and Conscience Theory in Ming Dynasty. |
