| Abstract: | Traditional management pays stress on "articles"; on the contrary, modern management focuses on "staff' and looks staff as the main body and core of management. The "people-oriented" modern management theory that has the national characteristics should be created through absorbing the essence of the traditional culture of China and drawing the advanced management theory and practice of foreign countries. |
