| 摘 要： | 软件能力成熟度模型CMM（Capability Maturity Model）已经作为衡量软件企业开发能力的标准之一在全球范围内使用。本文将利用粗糙集中的属性约简和分类规则，对典型的软件企业优先实施的CMM2级中的关键过程域（Key Process Areas）进行分析，客观地找出最重要的部分过程域，为资源有限的企业在进行过程改进时需要优先进行的活动提供了指南。

| Abstract: | CMM(Capability Maturity Model) has been used worldwide as the criteria of the development abi-lity of the software company.So this paper will use the attribute simplification and the rule of classification of rough set to analyze the key process areas of CMM and select the most suitable areas for the company.It can supply a directory for the resource-restricted companies to improve their processes. |
