| Abstract: | The paper reports investigations about the solubility of nitrogen in tungsten at nitrogen pressures up to 30 MPa (300 bar). The solubility of nitrogen obeysSieverts' law in the whole pressure range and can be represented by the equation logCN=1/2 logpN2+4.0–9520/T (CN in wt·ppm.pN2 in bar,T in K). |
