| Abstract: | The equations describing the nonequilibrium kinetics of multilayer adsorption and desorption are derived. The method is based on a generalized lattice gas model and includes the mobility of adsorbate particles and their mutual interactions. For the two layer adsorbate having the structure of a square lattice the isothermal adsorption characteristics are calculated. |
