亚毫米波二倍频器的设计

摘    要:亚毫米波在电磁波频谱中占有很特殊的位置,因此,在学术上有很重要的学术价值,但目前在国内对亚毫米波倍频源的研究还寥寥无几。建立了电路拓扑结构。器件以串联的方式安装于输入波导与悬置微带线连接处的混合结上,可满足偶次倍频的要求。通过ADS和HFSS等软件的联合仿真设计出180 GHz平衡式无源二倍频器,并对二倍频器电路进行了加工、制作和测试。

Abstract:Sub-millimeter wave plays a particular role in electromagnetic wave frequency spectrum, therefore it has important academic value,but until now,few research achievements on sub-milli- meter multiplier frequency source are reported in China. In this paper, the circuit topology structure is constructed. The devices are fixed in series on the hybrid junction between input waveguide and suspendend microstrip,which can satisfy the requirement of the even frequency multiplier. The 180 GHz balance passive double frequency multiplier has been designed by the combination simulation of HFSS and ADS,etc. , and the double frequency multiplier circuit has been processed, fabricated and tested.
