红外探测器用微型制冷机工程化研究

摘    要:对快起动节流制冷器和集成式斯特林制冷机的最低制冷温度、制冷功率、起动时间、热负荷、控温转速和控温功率等进行了工程化研究,有效地解决了关键技术问题,减少热力损失、振动噪声和污染,提高密封性和装配技术水平等。还解决了制冷机的可靠性,寿命和存贮期等实用化问题。

Abstract:Some key technologies of the engineering application of the fast cooldown J-T cooler and integrated Stirling cryocooler to IR detector had been studied.Such as,achievedlowest temperature,refrigerating capacity,cooldown time,cooling load,revolution per minute of controlling temperature and input power of controlling temperature etc had been discussed.Reducing thermodynamic losses,decreasing vibration noise and contamination,increasing hermetically-sealed performance and assembling perfectly had been solved.Some key problems such reliability,the life time and the stores etc had been introduced in the paper.
