He-Ne激光诱变原生质体选育四环素高产菌的研究

摘    要:采用He-Ne激光对金霉素链霉菌(S.aureofaciens)原生质体诱变处理,结果表明:He-Ne激光对该菌原生质体具有明显的致死作用.经激光处理的原生质体再生株产抗生素能力与亲本菌株相比,四环素产量平均提高9.32%,最高提高20.6%.

Abstract:Protoplasts of streptomyces aureofaclens were irradiated by He-Ne laser,the result showed that He - Ne laser had obvious lethal effect on protoplasts. The unit of tetracycline fermentation of regenerate strains after irradiating was tested. Compared with the controlled one,it increased yield by about 9. 32% on average,the highest one increased by about 20. 6%.
