Anomalous electron thermal conductivity across the destroyed magnetic surfaces

Abstract:New “Semicollisional” regime of the anomalous electron transport pertaining to the weakly collisional plasma is described in the paper. The transition from the collisionless to semicollisional case is determined by the ratio of the phase stochastization length of the parallel electron motion to the mean free path. It was shown also that the anomalous thermal conductivity can be described by the known “selfsimilar” expression χ? = χ6e Ь20 only for very strong collisions or high level of magnetic field turbulence.
