| Abstract: | The determination of trace iodine by solvent sublation spectrophotometry is carried out using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) as a collector. The optimum condition and the influence of foreign ions are studied. The maximum of wavelength, concentration range, accuracy and precision of the method are determined.As to determine the iodine content of sea water by this method, comparing ordinary iodine-btarch method, the result howl that this method has high sensitivity and good accuracy. |
