水杨酰二甲双胍钕的模板法合成及其降血糖作用

摘    要:在无水乙醇中组合水杨酸甲酯、HDMBG及三氯化钕, 通过“模板反应”成功地合成了水杨酰二甲双胍合钕配合物, 表征了其化学组成和结构. 通过糖尿病小鼠模型观察了它们的降血糖作用, 通过ESR谱测定了其对人工脂质体膜超氧自由基的清除率. 实验表明, 配合物的降血糖作用和对超氧自由基的清除率均高于盐酸二甲双胍(HDMBG•HCl), 提示药物的降血糖作用与其抗氧化作用或对细胞脂膜的保护作用有关.

Abstract:The compelx of salicylacyl dimethylbiguamide neodymium was synthesized by “template reaction” in anhydrous ethanol. The composition and the structure of the complex were characterized. The anti-diabetes action of the complex on the models of diabetes mice was investigated and its elimination rates to supraoxide anion free radical on lipid was determined by using ESR. The result showed that this complex had a strong effect on both actions. The anti-diabetes action may be related to the anti-oxidation action or protection effect on membrane damnification.
