| 摘 要： | 分析回转式空气预热器的漏风原因,介绍基于PLC的密封间隙控制系统的组成、工作原理及软件的各项功能.实际应用结果表明该系统工作准确可靠,有效地降低了空气预热器的漏风率,为机组的安全满负荷运行提供有力保证.

| Abstract: | The reason of Leakage of rotary air preheaters is analyze.The composition and principle of air leakage control system of rotary air preheaters based on PLC and various functions of software developed in this air leakage control system are described.The practical results show that the proposed control system to can reliable to work and effectively reduce the air leakage ratio,thus guaranteeing the safe and normal running of the units. |
