氧化电位水杀菌效果的初步评价

应用悬液定量杀灭试验检测氧化电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果,并用此法检验10%小牛血清影响氧化电位水杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果。氧化电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用2 min。其平均杀灭率均为99．99%,作用于含10%小牛血清的菌悬液20 min,其杀灭率为57．11%。氧化电位水对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有快速杀灭和破坏作用,10%小牛血清对氧化电位水杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果影响显著。

Preliminary Evaluation on Germicidal Efficacy of the Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water

A quantitative suspension test was used for detecting the germicidal efficacy of EOW against Staphy auseus,Esche- richia coli and spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger.This test was also used for observing the influence of 10% bovine serum on efficacy of EOW in killing Staphy aureus.It was found that EOW with 2 minutes contact time could attain a kining rate of 99.99% for S.aureus and E.coli.As the suspension of S.aureus containing or not containing 10% bovine serum,EOW with 20 minutes contact time could attain a killing rate of 57.11% or 100% respectively.EOW can rapidly kill or destory the S.aureus,E.coli.The 10% bovine serum has significant influence on germicidal efficacy of EOW.
