高精度正弦波三相发生器电路的研制

摘    要:信号发生器电路虽然是应用最基础最广泛的电子器件,它的各项指标要求和性能对整个电子系统的稳定工作及精度至关重要,传统的模拟信号源在输出频率、波形幅度、相位及稳定度等指标已很难满足目前的使用要求。中国电科47所根据数字频率合成(DDS)技术研制的LM47112三相正弦波电路,没有采用成本高、工艺繁杂的线性电路及目前流行的PAG等器件,实现了器件的高精度和高稳定性。文章较为详细地介绍了其设计思路及对所选用的器件的实验分析和计算,同时还给出了该电路的试验结果和专用电路,以满足不同使用者的要求。

Abstract:Signal generator circuit although it is the most widely used the most basic electronic devices, its each index requirements and performance to the electronic system stability and precision is very important, the traditional analog signal source in the output frequency, waveform amplitude, phase and stability indices such as already difficult to meet the application requirements. They have according to the digital frequency synthesis (DDS) technology developed LM47112 three-phase sine wave circuit, without the high cost, process complex linear circuit and the present popular devices such as PAG, realize the device of high precision and high stability. The paper introduces the detail of our design idea and the selected device experimental analysis and calculation, and at the same time, it gives the circuit test results and special circuit, in order to meet the requirements of different users.
