火焰原子吸收光谱法分析水仙中微量元素的形态

摘    要:本文采取正辛醇-水分配体系模拟水仙根、茎、叶的水煎液中锌、锰、镁、钙、锡、铁、铜、铬、镉、铅在人体胃肠中的分配情况,应用原子吸收光谱法测定了水仙三个部位上述10种微量元素的总含量,以及水煎液中各微量元素水溶态、醇溶态含量,探讨了酸度对水煎液中微量元素形态的影响,实验结果表明,水仙中微量元素的溶出率,微量元素的形态分布与水仙各部位成分及作用靶位(胃、肠)的酸度有关。

Abstract:Here n |C 8H 17 OH|H 2O system was adopted to study the distribution of zinc,manganese,magnesium,calcium,tin,iron,copper,chromium,cadmium and lead in root,stem and leaf decoction of sacred|lily in our stomach and intestine,respectively.Total concentrations of ten trace elements,water|solubility concentration and n |C 8H 17 OH|solubility concentration under gastric and intestinal acidity were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The components of sacred|lily and acidity of target have great effect on the speciation and quantum of trace element in the decoctions.
