无氟MOD方法制备GdBCO薄膜

摘    要:采用无氟金属有机物沉积方法(MOD)在单品基底SiTrO3(100)上制备GdBa2Cu3O7-x(GdBCO)薄膜.所用的无氟MOD方法制备GdBCO薄膜具有前驱溶液稳定、薄膜致密性好以及相比于TFA-MOD方法在热处理过程中无HF气体的产生等优点.经过一系列热处理工艺后,对薄膜进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及超导性能的测试.通过熔融外延生长,得到c轴织构良好、表面平整致密、临界超导转变温度为90 K的GdBCO薄膜,77K自场下的临界电流密度约为0.6 MA/cm2.

Abstract:GdBCO films have been synthesized on single crystal substrates of SiTrO3(100)by using a fluorite-free MOD method.
