| 摘 要： | 本文运用ＦＴ－Ｒａｍａｎ光谱法研究肠、胃、十二指肠、口腔腮腺等部位正常组织与肿瘤组织，发现正常组织与肿瘤组织在Ｒａｍａｎ光谱上表现出较为明显的差别，这一结果与我们先前所得到的红外光谱结果相一致。此结果说明Ｒａｍａｎ光谱亦有潜力发展成为一种活体、原位、无损诊断肿瘤的新方法。

FT Raman and FT IR Studies on the Normal and Malignant Tissues |

| Abstract: | Abstract FT Raman spectroscopy was applied to investigate the normal and malignant tissues from stamach, duodenum, colon and parotid tissues. Significant differences were found between normal and maligant tissues. The results are in good agreement with that obtained from FT IR spectroscopy. The above results indicate that FT Raman may also be developed as an in situ, in vivo and non invasive method for the cancer diagnosis. |
