摘    要:为了解决激光模拟对抗系统中用光电池进行光信号检测的问题,提出通过改进电路设计消除强背景光与杂波干扰的方法,设计了抗饱和的光电转换电路;推出了光电池内部噪声公式,提出降低带宽来消除内部噪声的方法,设计了窄带滤波电路。在强背景光干扰的条件下实现了对频率为27.934 kHz的激光编码信号检测的实验。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of optical signal detection by photocell in laser simulation countermeasure,the paper suggests the methods to remove the strong background light and miscellaneous interferences by improving circuit parameters and designing a anti-saturation photoelectric circuit.Computation formulas of photocell internal noise were given.A narrow pass-band filter was designed.Coded laser signal with a frequency of 27.934 kHz was successfully detected under the interference of strong background light.
