摘    要:以建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)为中心的建设项目管理模式有助于解决我国建筑行业中信息高度分散且浪费严重的问题,但它难以实现基于各方贡献的项目全过程价值管理,不利于BIM的推广应用。因此,从社会技术和全生命周期视角提出一种基于BIM和区块链技术的建设项目管理新模式。首先,提出BIM和区块链技术在建设项目中的结合点:多用户、多阶段、多目标数据的整合和追溯;多方协同、利益均衡、信息无损传递、责任追溯、顾客满意的共识过程模型。其次,从社会技术和全生命周期角度分析BIM和区块链技术在建设项目中的支撑框架和实施思路。本研究将为业主进行全过程协同和项目精益管理提供了思路参考。

Abstract:The BIM-centric construction project management model helps to solve the situation of highly dispersed and wasteful information in Chinese construction industry, but it is difficult to realize the value management of the entire process of the project based on the contributions of all parties, which is not conducive to the promotion and application of BIM. Therefore, a new model of construction project management based on BIM and blockchain technology is proposed from the perspective of social technology and full life cycle. First,we proposed two joint points among BIM, Blockchain and project management, one is the integration among multi-source user, multi-phase project data, multi-goal management data, another is the consensus model of multi-party collaboration, project lossless transmission, balance of interests, customer satisfaction, and liability retroact. Second, we discuss the support framework for the integration of BIM, Blockchain in construction project management and the implementation plan. This research will provide a reference for owners to carry out the whole process coordination and project lean management.
