| 摘 要： | 基于HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中,反应温度为25℃时,苯酚阻抑高碘酸钾氧化甲基紫的褪色反应,建立了测定苯酚的阻抑褪色光度新方法.该方法最大吸收波长为580 nm,线性范围为0.02μg/mL～2·2μg/mL,检出限为3.8×10<'-3>μg/mL,方法用于环境水中苯酚的测定,相对标准偏差为1.97%～2.25%,回收...
