| Abstract: | The allocation of emergency vehicles (e. g. fire brigades, ambulances and police cars) in a city is a component of the urban management. The paper studies the problem, and proposes two criteria in evaluating the allocation, via. equality and efficiency. The author sets up the mathematical model based on the criteria. It can be applied to the management of these vehicles. |
