摘    要:本实验选用雌性wistar大鼠14只,妊娠第8天胃管给予Vit.A 120mg/kg体重,分别于妊娠第10、11、12、13、14、17、20天剖腹取胎,进行电镜观察,结果显示在透射电镜下角膜、晶状体、视网膜的细胞膜结构不清,线粒体肿胀,次级溶酶体增多,粗面内质网(RER)扩张,核染色质边集,核周障增宽。扫描电镜发现,角膜前上皮表面微绒毛减少,视网膜层次变薄,视网膜细胞侧面突起减少。本文对上述变化进行了讨论。

Abstract:Sixteen pregnant wistar rats were administered orally vitamin A 120mg/kg on 8th, 9th and 10th day of ges-tation. The fetuses were removed out on the 10th, llth, 12th, 13th, 14th, 17th and 20th day of gestation re-spectively, and then examinned with electron microscope. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that in ex-perimental group the mitochondria and rough-surfced endoplasmic reticulum became irregular in shape and flag-mented, and secondary lysosome increased in various cells of cornea, lens and retina. Scanning electron mi-croscopy indicated that in experimental gpoup the microvilli of the cornea anterior epithelium and the protrusions of the retina cells decreased apparently, the layers of the retina became thin. The significance of those phenome-na were discussed.
