摘    要:本文首次应用压缩腔长和适当降低总气压的简单方法,在横向激励(TE)高气压CO_2激光器中获得了单频输出。激光器腔长14cm,激活长度为10cm。气压240Torr,单频输出能量为7mJ。

Abstract:Single frequency laser output has been obtained for the first time from a transverse excitation (TE) CO2 laser with the simple method of shortening the cavity length and decreasing total gas pressure appropriately. The cavity length of the laser is 14 cm only with activating length of 10 cm. The pressure is 240Torr. The single frequency output energy of 7 mJ is obtained.
