| 摘 要： | 本文对应急广播制播的背景和现状进行了介绍，分析了目前现有的制播业务体系，并对电台音频节目制作的主要技术规范和要求进行了说明；对应急广播信息的概念、事件类型、事件级别、信息来源、信息格式和信息展现进行了多角度分析，提出了广播电台应急广播制播业务体系，重点讨论了应急广播制播的业务架构、支持库、技术架构、业务功能以及安全要求等。

| Abstract: | The background of the emergency broadcast and the existing radio program production business is introduced. The main technical specifications and requirements of radio program production are described. The concept of emergency broadcast information, event type, event level, sources of information, information formats and information showing are analyzed. Radio emergency broadcast program production business is discussed from the aspects of business architecture, business functions, supporting libraries, technical architecture and security requirements etc. |
