| 摘 要： | 对云南省三个不同民族地区共1004名3-12岁健康儿童检测了静脉血铅水平，并进行了儿童个人情况及家庭社会环境因素调查。结果表明，丽江纳西族和昆明汉族儿童血铅水平较高，大理剑川儿童血铅水平较低；微环境是造成儿童血铅水平上升的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Altogether 1004 children ranging from 3 to 12 years old in three different nationality areas of Yunnan province were tested on their vein blood lead level and children's personal,family background such social factors were also investigated.The result showed the level of children's bolld lead of people of Naxi nationality in Lijiang area and those of Han nationality in Kunming is higher,but to those in Jianchuan,Dali is lowere.Micro-environment is one of the important factors to result in the increase of children's blood lead level. |
