| 摘 要： | 南京体育学院运动人体科学学科是江苏省重点学科,从学科梯队建立,实验室建设,专业和课程设置,以及科学研究几个方面,分析了我系该学科发展的现状,重点阐述三个特色研究方向的形成和发展趋势。在总结分析学科现状基础上,提出了学科建设的举措,包括进一步提高对学科建设工作重要性的认识;突出特色,明确学科发展方向;选好项目,以项目带动学科建设;培养中青年学科带头人,努力形成一流学科梯队;以实验室建设促学科建设;加强管理,明确措施,为重点学科建设创造条件等。

| Abstract: | Kinesiology discipline of Nanjing Institute of Sport Education and Sports is the advanced discipline of Jiangsu Province. The paper discusses how to form three characteristic research directions and develop them according the establishment of research group,laboratory construction,the setting of specialty and courses,science research and so on. Furthermore,the paper brings forward some new ideas for discipline construction,such as the improvement of understanding,giving prominence to research characteristics,selecting excellent research items,bringing up young faculties,strengthening management and so on.. |
