10年人发,指、趾甲镉含量的光谱法测定

摘    要:在近10年内按季度收集了同一个体人发样品33份,指甲样品41份和趾甲样品39份。应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了人发、指甲、趾甲中镉的含量。绘制了含量值随时间(年)的变化曲线。获得了镉含量的波动范围:人发0.010 0~0.410 0 μg*g-1,指甲0.029 5~0.531 4 μg*g-1,趾甲0.089 9~1.274 μg*g-1。变化曲线均具有非线性特征。

Abstract:The human hair, fingernail and toenail were collected from one person quarterly for about ten years, respectively thirty-three, forty-one and thirty-nine shares. The contents of traces cadmium in hair, fingernail and toenail have been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and the results were satisfactory. From a changing curve in human hair, fingernail and toenail cadmium by age, we found that the range of cadmium contents in hair was 0.0100-0.4100 microgram.g-1, in fingernail 0.0295-0.5314 microgram.g-1, in tene-nail 0.0899-1.274 micrograms.g-1, respectively. In the changing curve there is a nonlinear characteristic.
