| 摘 要： | 采用液液萃取方法,建立了模拟兔血浆中富马酸富莫特罗的高效液相色谱-电化学检测（HPLC-ECD）测定新方法.实验结果表明,富马酸富莫特罗质量分数的线性范围为47～2500 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）,提取回收率为77.8％～80.1％,方法回收率为96.2％～106.0％ （RSD≤1.9％）.该法有望用于动物体内药物代谢分析.

| Abstract: | Using liquid - liquid extraction, a method of high performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detector （HPLC-ECD） for the determination of formoterol fumarate in analog plasma of rabbit was established. As a result, the linear range of concentration formoterol fumarate was 47-2 500 μg/mL （r=0.999 9）; the extraction recovery was 77.8%-80.1%. The method recovery was 96.2%-106.0% （RSD≤1.9%）. The method was expected for the analysis of drug metabolism in animals. |
