摘    要:采用液液萃取方法,建立了模拟兔血浆中富马酸富莫特罗的高效液相色谱-电化学检测(HPLC-ECD)测定新方法.实验结果表明,富马酸富莫特罗质量分数的线性范围为47~2500 μg/mL(r=0.999 9),提取回收率为77.8%~80.1%,方法回收率为96.2%~106.0% (RSD≤1.9%).该法有望用于动物体内药物代谢分析.

Abstract:Using liquid - liquid extraction, a method of high performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detector (HPLC-ECD) for the determination of formoterol fumarate in analog plasma of rabbit was established. As a result, the linear range of concentration formoterol fumarate was 47-2 500 μg/mL (r=0.999 9); the extraction recovery was 77.8%-80.1%. The method recovery was 96.2%-106.0% (RSD≤1.9%). The method was expected for the analysis of drug metabolism in animals.
