摘    要:通过一次性投料制备不同配比的聚氨酯预聚体,加入不同量的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和一定量的乳化剂制成组分A,水玻璃为组分B,得到双组份灌浆材料。对体系黏度、反应速率、温度和固结体抗压强度进行表征。结果表明,DBP对体系黏度的调节、延缓反应速率、降低反应温度均有显著作用,得到的固结体密实不发泡,抗压强度达16.87MPa,可作为加固材料使用。

Abstract:Polyurethane prepolymer was prepared via one-stage feeding method under different ratios of the raw materials. By adding dibutyl phthalate (DBP) in varying content and certain amount of surfactant, component A was prepared. Sodium silicate was used as component B. And a two-component grouting material was made. The properties of viscosity, reaction rate, temperature and compressive strength of the concretions were characterized. The results showed that DBP had a notable effect on reducing viscosity, slowing down reaction rate and lowing reaction temperature. The concretions were compacting without foaming, and the compressive strength reached 16.87MPa, which made the prepolymer could be used as reinforcement material.
