医患沟通技巧对高血压患者服药依从性的影响

目的探讨社区医生掌握医患沟通技巧对高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法以社区高血压患者作为研究对象，分为沟通组和对照组。沟通组由经过医患沟通技巧培训的社区医生进行管理，对照组由未经过医患沟通技巧培训的社区医生进行管理。使用自行编制的高血压患者服药依从性问卷调查，进行两组服药依从性的比较。结果沟通组服药依从性佳的占85％，显著高于对照组的37％，（χ2=74．345，P〈0．01）。结论社区医生掌握并运用医患沟通技巧，可以显著提高高血压患者的服药依从性。

Doctor-patient communication skills to medication adherence of hypertension

Objective：To discuss community doctor masters the medical trouble communication skill to take medicine the compliance infliuence to the patients with elevated blood pressure. Method： To take the ob- ject of study by the community patients with elevated blood pressure, divides into the communication group and the control group. The communication group by carries on the management after medical trouble com- munication skill training community doctor, the control group by has not carried on the management after medical trouble communication skill training community doctor.Result：The result communication group takes medicine the compliance good to account for 85%, obviously is higher than the control group 37%,（χ2= 74.345, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Community doctor masters and utilizes the medical trouble communication skill, may obviously enhance the patients with elevated blood pressure to take medicine the compliance.
