单壁BC_3纳米管拉曼活性模振动频率的家庭模式

摘    要:本文对单壁BC3纳米管的振动模式进行了对称性分析,利用对称性适配力常数模型计算了直径在0.7~2.5 nm范围单壁BC3纳米管布里渊区Γ点的声子频率。发现当n+m等于常数时,拉曼活性振动模表现出明显的家庭模式。

Abstract:Using symmetry-adapted force-constant lattice-dynamical method,the Raman active phonon frequencies are calculated for BC3 single-wall nanotubes with diameter between 0.7 nm and 2.5 nm.The n+m=constant family behaviour is found in most branches.For a particular family,the frequency of phonons at Γ point changes regularly according to the chiral angle.Therefore,we may distinguish single-wall nanotubes with similar diameter and different chiral angle.
