| 摘 要： | 橡胶软管压力试验台主要用于各种航标橡胶管的耐压试验和爆破试验。本文在简述光洋PLC（可编程控制器）及SMC电-气比例阀工作原理及技术特点的基础上,讲述了其在橡胶软管压力试验台控制系统中的应用,根据试验工艺要求设计了系统触摸屏监控软件和PLC程序控制软件,并给出了手动和自动监控触摸屏界面以及PLC控制程序流程图。使用结果表明,基于PLC和电-气比例阀的压力试验台的系统压力控制灵敏,响应速度快,操作简便,试验效果良好。

| Abstract: | The rubber tube pressure test platform is mostly used for all kinds of compression resistance test and blast test. The application of Koyo PLC and SMC electricity-gas proportional valve on the pressure test platform control system is put forward based on its principle and technology characteristics. The HMI monitor software and PLC control program flow chart are given according to the test requirements. The control effect is good by using the system. It has the properties of quick response speed, simple operation and sensitive control. |
