| 摘 要： | 论述了植被对环境建造的主要作用：如植被调节气候、改变大气组分，提供野生动物栖息地、净化环境等，并在回顾和总结陕西省以往环境保护工作的基础上，指出植被建设对陕西环境保护的意义。以此为基础，提出陕西植被与环境保护协调发展的５项对策，包括实行封山育林育草、改造和恢复灌丛等

| Abstract: | At first, the positive roles that vegetation play in environmental protection are introduced;then the history of environmental protection in Shaanxi is reviewed. After that, the relationship between Shaanxi vegetation and environmental protection is put forward. As a result, some suggestions about coordinated development of vegetation and environment are discussed. |
